Explore the most frequently asked questions about our digital learning courses.

For how long can I access the course for?

You will have access to our Key Stages 3,4&5 courses for four weeks and access to our Key Stages 1&2 courses for 6 weeks.

How do I access the resources and materials once I have paid for my course?

Once the payment has been received and processed, you will receive a login and a prompt to set your own password. You will receive these via email. This will allow you to access the resources and pre-recorded materials. 

Who do I contact if I have problems with accessing the material?

Is it possible to pay for my course in installments?

No, payment for the course membership needs to be made in full before access to the content is made available.

What is your refund policy?

Digital courses are non-refundable, however, if you wish to discuss your digital course please contact [email protected].

Is the price inclusive of VAT?

Fees are not subject to VAT.

What happens when my access to the course expires?

You will be unenrolled from the course and you will no longer have access to the digital content after the expiry date. You would still be able to book follow up live engagements or future stand alone digital courses and be charged accordingly.

Can I share the link with colleagues and students? 

The digital course login is for you ONLY. It cannot be shared with colleagues and students within your school. If any of your colleagues would like to access the content, you will need to purchase an additional login. 

Can I access the same video resources more than once?

The video resources together with any accompanying resources can be accessed as many times as necessary within the duration of the digital course.

Will the content of the digital courses be changed and updated?

The content of the courses will be periodically updated and added to.

Do you deliver in-person sessions on-site in Stratford-upon-Avon?

We offer on-site classes in Stratford-upon-Avon Monday to Friday. For enquiries please contact [email protected]

When can I book my live digital session?

Live Q&A sessions can be booked Mondays to Fridays between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm (GMT time). It may be possible to book something outside these times but this may require an additional cost. Please check at the time of booking.

How do we link up with the lecturer for the live engagement and what tech is required?

The school needs to share a digital link to their classroom in advance of the actual session. This can be via Zoom, Microsoft Teams or another digital platform.

Will the live engagement be with the lecturer who delivered the pre-recorded play talk?

Yes, subject to timing and availability. If for any reason that is not possible, another of our experienced lecturers will be able to talk to your students on the play in question.
