How long can I access the course for?
Once we have received payment, you will have access to the self-led course indefinitely. This is a one-off purchase and you will not need to renew.
How do I access the resources and materials once I have paid for my course?
After paying, you will be prompted to create a login for our site. You will need to log in every time you wish to access the course.
Please keep your login details safe and do not share them.
Who do I contact if I have problems with accessing the material?

Is it possible to pay for my course in installments?
No, payment for the course membership needs to be made in full before access to the content is made available.
What is your refund policy?
Digital courses are non-refundable, however, if you wish to discuss your digital course please contact [email protected].
Is the price inclusive of VAT?
Fees are not subject to VAT.
Can I share the link with colleagues and students?
The digital course login is for you ONLY. It should not be shared more widely.
Can I access the same video resources more than once?
The video resources together with any accompanying resources can be accessed as many times as you wish.
Will the content of the digital courses be changed and updated?
The content of the courses will be periodically updated and added to.
